Massimiliano Sangrigoli

Massimiliano is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within Vantage’s business as well as the management operations.

Prior to Vantage, Massimiliano was a Director in PwC where he spent 14 years between Milan, Luxembourg, New York and Sydney offices.

Spending 8 years within PwC Sydney, Massimiliano has accumulated a vast range of experience through servicing high-profile global fund managers and leading Australian players from the perspective of audit and assurance, as well as advising on high-profile M&A, IPO and other scheme implementation transactions.

Massimiliano also has a deep experience on regulatory matters in Australia arising from involvement in the audit of AFSLs, Compliance Plans and GS007 control reports. Leveraging on the experience accumulated from Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) clients, Massimiliano has contributed to the enhancement of the financial reporting environment for audit and non-audit clients, including leading work on controls optimisation and development of internal policies.

Massimiliano holds a Master’s degree in law and Business Administration with a major in Transaction Advisory Services from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy).  He is also a Certified Public Accountant (US CPA) for the New York State and a fellow member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).

Massimiliano is also a Director on the NSW Advisory Board of Housing All Australians, a not-for-profit organisation focusing on facilitating a private sector voice through a commercial lens to advocate that the provision of housing for all Australians is fundamental economic infrastructure upon which to build a successful and prosperous economy.
