Kushal is responsible for assessing private equity investments across Vantage’s primary, co-investment and secondary strategies. He plays an integral role in preparing investment submissions for the Investment Committee and supports the ongoing monitoring, analysis and reporting of the firm’s underlying portfolio.

Prior to joining Vantage, Kushal gained experience in European private equity at The Carlyle Group in London, where he focused on mid-market and growth technology opportunities. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the financial services assurance division.

Kushal holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accountancy from the University of Nottingham. While completing his degree, he worked concurrently at PwC and attained his Chartered Accountant qualification.
