RMS serves thousands of clients globally, offering a comprehensive suite of tools for reservations, billing, guest engagement and analytics.
Advent’s thesis aims to accelerate RMS’s transition to a full SaaS model, expand its reach into adjacent verticals such as holiday parks and serviced apartments and enhance its international distribution capabilities. The investment is also aimed at supporting product development in AI-driven guest personalisation and dynamic pricing.
RMS Cloud remains an active investment, with strong momentum in global markets and a clear path to becoming the dominant PMS platform in the Asia-Pacific region.
At investment in November 2023, MySite was a fast-growing provider of civic engagement and stakeholder management software, serving local governments, infrastructure projects and community organisations. Its platform enables real-time feedback, consultation and data-driven decision-making.
Advent’s thesis is centered on scaling MySite’s SaaS offering across government and enterprise clients, investing in AI-powered analytics and expanding its footprint in North America and Europe.
