Vantage Private Equity Growth 4 (VPEG4) is a closed ended 2021 vintage year fund designed to provide wholesale investors access to a diversified portfolio of Australia and New Zealand private equity funds managed by the region’s top quartile performing managers. 

The Fund has made seven private equity fund commitments and six co-investments, diversified across growth, buyout and turnaround investment strategies. 

The Fund has called 100% of investors committed capital, which has been drawn into a total of 54 underlying portfolio companies investments completed to date, of which six have been sold. The Fund has a highly diversified portfolio of investments across both growth and defensive industry sectors, including technology and software, healthcare, professional services, consumer staples, industrials and agriculture.
