Quarterly Reports

Following each calendar quarter, Vantage will produce an investor report of the activity of VPESO’s investment portfolio. This report contains details of the progress of VPESO’s investments, including new secondary private equity acquisitions, as well as new investments made / divestments achieved by VPESO’s underlying funds.

Annual Reports

Each financial year, upon completion of the annual audit by the Fund’s auditor Ernst & Young, the VPESO Annual Report will be made available. This will include the Investment Manager’s and Trustee’s Report, as well as Audited Financial Statements for the Fund, detailing its financial position and performance.
